As a steamer it’s not very good. It works great as an iron. I bought it for the convenience of steaming but honestly I didn’t see the wrinkles disappear as steamer but when I used it w an ironing board it work very good

What a disappointment. I had high hopes for this iron/steamer. The steam does not come out. It just clicks with no action. The iron does not get the wrinkles out, either. I don't know if it is just not hot enough or what. It turns off after several minutes while in the middle of ironing so you have to stop and reengage. I have tried ironing napkins and pillowcases which are easy things to iron and they remained wrinkled. So disappointing. It is a terrific concept and now I need to find something to take its place.

I recently purchased this handheld steamer in hopes of quickly refreshing my wardrobe without the hassle of ironing. While it does have its merits, there are some drawbacks to consider. Firstly, the steamer’s size is a bit cumbersome, making storage a challenge. If I had a designated spot for it, I believe it would be more practical and accessible. In terms of performance, I found that the steamer works well on cotton fabrics, effortlessly removing wrinkles and leaving them looking fresh. However, when it came to delicate silky dresses, it fell short of expectations. Despite multiple passes, it struggled to effectively smooth out the wrinkles, leaving the fabric looking somewhat creased. Overall, while this handheld steamer is convenient for certain fabrics like cotton, its bulkiness and limited effectiveness on delicate materials may not make it the ideal choice for every wardrobe.

The steamers quality is great! Love how fast I can steam my garments wrinkle free within seconds.The set up is quick and easy. Water doesn’t leak and it gets hot within seconds. The look and color are great as well! I totally recommend the steamer.

This product is amazing. Save time

Unfortunately, I was forced to return it back after receiving the product since the voltage is 120V and plug is strange and not as per KSA standard of sockets which should be British standards. It is strange how this item pass SASO rules and regulations in the custom. it is not recommended in Saudi Arabia.

Totally useless in the UK. Company did not want to refund me as it was delivered, eventually. Avoid this trader
