So good I ordered another box-just in case. My doctor suggested these to help straighten out my septum . i used them ( different sizes , during the day- instant access to more air flowing interrupted through my nose. Last night I slept with the smallest spirals - Almost No Morning nasal congestion or post nasal drip- a real change for me! It’s great that there are two different types of different sizes. I could try them to see which fit best and were most comfortable. I will probably use several sizes at different times depending on whether I am aiming for treating the middle part of my nose or just the lower part. Also, the harder silicone ones are great in the lower nose, but I prefer the softer ones for my middle nose areas. I am so glad they included both types! When I used the longer ones, I felt a bit of pain irritation, but probably that is just my overly sensitive nose. . I feel I slept better , ( not as well as with my tongue mouthpiece, but better. ) Do they help with snoring? No idea. Effectiveness-very, value for money- really good. Highly recommend! Love these! Even included a sturdy case that has proven invaluable!

These are terrible, they do not stay in first of all and they are hard!!! It’s so uncomfortable to wear. I would not recommend at all, unfortunately I missed my return window so I had to eat the cost but would never tell anyone else to buy them.

I only tried using it a couple of times but it kept my turbinates from swelling and blocking my nasal passages.

These definitely help me breathe better at night, even though I'm a nose-breather during the day, at night it feels like my nose clocks out and goes home like its' shift is over. I wake up terribly tired and thirsty. I'm not sure if this made me stop snoring, but I know that I breathe better and feel more rested. So they are definitely effective and well priced. They are easy to use too, I just had to cut them little short because they were too long and went too deep into my nose.

I ordered these as sort of a sampler pack, and when I decided what size fit me best, I thought I could order just that size for the rest of my life. WRONG! This seller and many others sell these as sets of four different sizes - in fact, I have not found one yet that will sell you JUST the size and style that you want. I used a medium size soft one last night, for the first time. They stayed in all night and helped me breathe better. However, looking forward to having to purchase a pack of at least two different styles in four sizes each, simply to have one nasal dilator. to use comfortably, I certainly will not be swapping them out for a new one very often - and that does not. sound quite conducive for sanitary practices.

works as intended, but you need to pick your preferred "plug" one set is smooth-sided, while the other is more of a "skeleton" structure They do make it easier to breath (imagine something forcing you to flare your nostrils) and I think I only had them pop out once or twice (but that was after I had fallen asleep) they're "flexible" but still something jammed into your nostrils, so it's a trade off of being able to breath better vs feeling something crammed into your nose (there's several options for diameter but they're all basically the same depth into your face) They DO make it easier to breathe while you're trying to get to sleep, but you gotta know what you're signing up for - and what your jamming into your nasal cavity.

It was okay, a little sharp? Like it should be softer or more gentle Ive gotten my nose scratched every time i tried it for a week hopeing itd get better but it didnt. I slept different, maybe better? But the pain wasnt worth the trade off for me. Nice that it came with different sizes, I found the smallest one worked the best. Hard to use and position correctly also. 2 stars cuz it technically couldve been worse. And there wasnt a bad plastic smell so thats a plus.

I like that I can breathe so much better while sleeping. The first night I wore them, they were a little uncomfortable, but the second night I hardly noticed them. Of the eight pairs sent to me, the first one I tried seemed to fit and it works, so it's the only one I have tried. It is one of the ones with a basket weave look, not the solid looking sides.
