I have lost a lot of weight lately (50+lbs). Wanted to try something that will help firm up my abdominal area so that it is "aesthetically pleasing", if you will, while I'm going through this process. This Clarins body lotion says that it is restorative for the abdomen and waist and it that it redefines and tightens those areas. I can honestly say I've never tried any type of lotion that would improve the elasticity of my abdominal area so I was definitely intrigued. First thoughts? Love the informative way that the box explains the process to you. Also love the color of the bottle and the fact that the lotion itself does not have any harsh dyes in it. A little drawback on first impressions was the fact that the lotion does have an alcohol aroma that is a bit off-putting. That being said, the consistency is dense which is something that helps keep it in the area that you want it during application and afterward. After I used this abdominal firming lotion for awhile I did notice that my stretch marks are not as visible as they were before I started using this product and that even though my abdomen area is firmer (after 1 full weeks use every day) It is also softer at the same time because of this lotions hydrating effects. With continued juice I will be taking photos every week to see how it is continuing to effect the look as well as density and firmness in the abdominal area.

The most irritating thing is when I ask my mother, a baby boomer, about menopause. It’s always the same thing, I DON’T know or remember. I started a journal so I don’t forget and can pass on to my daughter all the WILD, UNIMAGINABLE things it does to a woman’s skin. I’m impressed with all the helpful skincare and beauty products Clarin’s offers for women like me. Again, here is another POWERFUL cream that helps my skin. This cream smooths and tightens the skin on my waist & belly area. Especially since I had gained a couple pounds from LOCKDOWN, and now that I’m older, my skin doesn’t bounce back that well. This cream is worth EVERY PENNY. EXPIRATION DATE: NONE! I always check for expiration dates before using, ESPECIALLY with health & beauty products. The expiration date tells me whether a product has been sitting somewhere on a shelf or an idea of when manufactured for distribution. This product does NOT have an expiration date, likely because it is not required. PROPERLY SEALED: ✅ It is important to me how manufacturers seal & ship their products. This item was PROPERLY SEALED, as you can see from the pictures. To me, this means the manufacturer cares about its products.✔️ It is a bit pricey, which is a huge factor when I choose products, but for a professional brand product that gives exceptional results, I realize I will have to pay a higher price.

Not a fan of the smell and I don’t really see any results.

The product in the bottle does not smell or feel like the product that I've gotten from the Clairins counter. Be careful buying this.

I can't make it past the super string fragrance. I took out a tiny amount and I was smothered by the smell. I get migraines and this stuff would definitely trigger one. My dog was very interested in the new smell came over to smell and immediately started sneezing. I also checked the ingredient list and xylitol was included...this is deadly for dogs, so please keep this out of reach of your fur babies.

I love this Clarin's cream! It has a luscious consistency and absorbs quickly into the skin. Even if this didn't tighten my skin, the moisturizer is sublime! I haven't really noticed any scent to it. It is thick and you just need a dime size amount to cover your abdomen. I haven't been using it long enough to see a big difference, but my skin does feel a little tighter.
