TRX Training Strength Band, Full-Body Resistance Band for Home and Gym Use, Resistance Band for Working Out, (25 lbs - 50 lbs), (Yellow)

I use a lot of bands for mobility and strength training, and I love the TRX brand for the quality and longevity of their bands. This is a good size and allows me to complete all of the exercises I have for this strength associated with the yellow bands. When I am travelling, it is easy to throw into my bag, allowing me to train wherever I go, making it a go-to bit of kit.

Top notch quality. TRX band quality is far superior to other brands. You have much smaller bands, denser rubber for the same tension as some of the generic bands available. Prepare to be humbled when using these (they feel much more then 11kg and 24kg in use).This band is a challenge. I previously have the green and blue bands from TRX and was looking to purchase the yellow to add to my collection. It's solidly build, the same thickness as the blue and green but wider. It does fit into the TRX Bandit handles. This is a huge jump from green band. I'm fairly strong (BP more then 100kg, curl / ext 20kg dumbbells for reps) but these feel difficult at full extension. This is going to take me some time to outgrow. If your planning to use for everyday rehab high rep work, I would recommended the green band even or blue band. I see myself using this more every now and again for a strength building variation to free weights (more in isolation holds due to the high tension) and for deep stretching purposes. Were they do come into play are with things like woodchoppers, were that extra tension is nice but not a crazy amount.

I have purchased several TRX items and have always been impressed by the quality and ease of use. These bands are no exception, I use them alongside kettle bells, medicine balls and TRX suspension trainer. That said they can equally be used as a stand alone exercise aid. They come in various strengths and are colour coded for ease of selection. They take up little room in my gym bag and I find them to be very useful indeed. Highly recommended
