Got this for my MMA grappling training as I managed to achieve biceps tendonitis... it does make a massive difference! Helped exactly as expected. It supports recovery, and also supports the muscle when training. Doesn't slip, fits perfectly. One of my best buys so far! I easily wash it by hand and it dries quick too without loosing any of it's stretchiness.

Yeah just put it on and I’m quite impressed seeing it was so cheap , I was looking at a website that said they supplied the NHS and it was treble and more the price. I have had strokes so my left hand side is affected and weaker and it feels comfortable and supportive

So my daughter decided it forearm shouldn't be attached to my arm and I am sure she tried to pull them apart. So I ended up pulling the muscles on my bicep and other painful thing to my elbow. As i couldn't lift weights in the gym due to pain, resting and these sleeves have allowed me to get back in to the gym and start building up my weights and help with recovery. My only gripe is they hurt under my arm at the top like its pulling my skin.

Was only expecting one sleeve in the order and received two in the package. Sizing fits well. Followed the measurement instructions and the fit matches very well. Provides great compression and pain relief from overloaded muscles. Sleeve hardly slips. Need to adjust it literally once or twice a day. Very happy with the product.

Another try another brand and they were to tight in one area and too loose in the other. I am average build so why is it so hard to find the right fit. The seller did apologise and send a full refund so not a total loss.
