It just wont turn on. - This is a great Electric Starter bike. I have put over 400 miles on it since I purchased it and it has performed up to expectations. However a couple of thing this one is missing, are a set of gears, it is single speed, and shock absorption. But the intro. price on the 1.0 just cant be beat for the great quality. I was an avid biker in my day, biking over 2000 miles one summer and getting into local races but now I am older and out of shape. Many years have went by and this was a great way to rekindle my passion for biking. With this bike being a single speed when I am at its top speed the cadence is so fast that I am barely able to keep up, and certainly not for very long. So, next year I will sell this one and upgrade to the Lectric 3.0. In the mean time I'm planing on a few hundred more miles. The only recommendation I have is just purchase the 3.0 if you can afford it. My 1.0 had only one issue out of the box and that was ... "Don't try and turn on the screen while it is plugged in charging!!!!". I almost sent it back because I thought the Screen wasn't functioning and there is nothing anywhere to tell you not to charge and turn on the computer....not even a tip on YouTube. After much griping, I was getting reading to send it back and had that one last epiphany moment and tried turning it on without it plugged in and Voilà it worked. Review: Great Bike... - After a lot of reading reviews and looking around, Lectric XP Lite was absolutely the best bike for my wife and me. We purchased 2 for taking with us on camping trips. The weight and folding capability is perfect. Have not had them long enough yet to see about the range before recharge but based on learning/testing it looks great. I have not had go above PAS 2 to climb rolling hills in our neighborhood and battery level is still full. I did purchase through desertcart so I could use earned points and got same price. Shipping was fast and they arrived several days ahead of schedule. Only complaint (as others have mentioned) key is in a very awkward location and difficult to insert without getting on knees to look at it. Other than that: Thanks Lectric!

Fun Zippy Little Bike
I own three different models of Lectric E-bikes, to include the Premium and Cargo models. This is their smallest and least expensive model, but being least expensive is by no means cheap. I love that it folds down and fits easily in the trunk of my little compact car for longer traveling. I use it daily for running errands. With the pannier bags and a rack up front, I do grocery shopping for the eight of us at home. For having only a 300 watt motor it’s got a lot of pep to it. Even pedal assist one is a magical feeling. Know what you need out of an e-bike before you choose a model. For me, this bike fills most of my needs most of the time. Also, customer service is top notch.

Good bike but battery falls a little short
Good bike but claiming a 40 mile range is kinda laughable when I couldn't even commute 20 miles with a couple minor inclines. Wish it came with fenders. After 1500 miles I struggle to get 15 miles out of the battery. Pretty cool bike just wish I could get a longer range out of it. I reccomend the xp lite 2.0 since you can get a bigger battery.

Good bike for the price
We bought 2 of these for camping. They are great fun, easy to fold up and pack, and good battery life. And they are much less expensive than other bikes we looked at.

Great Bike
This electric bike is very nice, & easy to use. We did upgrade the bike seat for a more comfortable one, but most bikes do need a better seat. It folds up easy & its pretty light! Very stylish too!

Very happy
Riding a bicycle again taking it to the shore folding it putting it in my Honda Civic trunk lightweight can manage it myself also taking it to parks and Recreation areas I'm an older individual that can't manage a regular bicycle many areas are band them because of younger individuals abuse

Love This Bike!
I'm over 60 and bought this to use as emergency transportation. I live 3 miles from a small town in West Texas. No Uber out here. If I put my car in the shop that's 3 miles I have to walk each way. The LECTRIC XP™ Lite fits in my trunk and easily folds out for a quick ride home. I've been using it mostly to ride from my car to the building at work and get lots of questions about the bike. There are a couple small issues. When folded some of the parts touch resulting in paint chips. Rubber pads stop this. The factory should have noticed and installed.
