After a long exhaustive search I finally found the actual computer I was looking for!
My gosh there certainly are a whole lot of fake computers on the market! I spent a good couple weeks just digging and digging through them all, trying to find a genuine item from a trustworthy seller. On a whim, I checked in Amazon's resale/refurbished section and happened upon this seller as one of Amazon's trusted refurbishers. So I took a look at their storefront and lo and behold, finally at long last found a genuine HP with all the specs I was looking for. Tbh I was still wary upon receipt, despite the fact that it came in an actual HP box. But I opened it up, turned it on and immediately started digging into the system specs and all (prospective IT Tech here lol), and whatdya know?! It's the real deal!!! I've been holding off on the review for awhile just in case it suddenly stopped working like so many of the other computers I saw in the reviews from other sellers. But yep, it's a real-deal HP supermachine! I've been running high-demand networking simulators and everything on it and she runs like a champ. Definitely recommend this seller!

Excellent. I love it. Speed. screen. value. from off to fully functional in less than 30 second. 1TB SSD memory is great. 32 GB processor is awesome. love it. smooth as butter. battery life. Durability and high def screen are awesome.

Not backlit and battery issues
From the day I received the laptop, the backlit keyboard function has not worked, and the battery lasts for about 50 minutes when not plugged in. I actually wondered if this was a returned unit sold as new. I am not satisfied. Other than those issues (which are the main reasons I wanted this particular laptop), everything else is fine.

Great value for money! Good for daily work!
It came brand new and was exactly as shown in the pictures. I trust HP because the last time I owned a HP laptop, it lasted me for 11 years! I am an Application Developer and needed a lightweight laptop for my day-to-day work. This weighs just right about 3.26 pounds and meets my needs. I wanted a 16GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, a Touch Screen, a fast processor and good graphics. Its battery life lasts for about a day for me. Moreover, it is silver colored with black keys which makes it look great. But its keys' placement is a little odd compared to other common laptops, so the keyboard is not so easy to use. Overall, great value for money!

Purchased This Item And Received Last Wednesday March 19, 2025..Warranty as you advertised on amazon: Warranty & Upgrade Disclosure: Brand-new unit, resealed for a Memory/SSD upgrade. Comes with a 3-year warranty on upgraded Memory/SSD from Issaquah Highlands Tech and a 1-year manufacturer warranty on other components. However, Upon registration on Hp Its Says However, Upon registration on Hp Its Says Start Date: 10-14-2024.. Active, As I Checked Last checked On HP: 3/21/2025, Device is in warranty, Start date 10/14/2024 Estimated end date 10/13/2025, Only 6-Months, What happened to to 1-year? ,This Is False!
