The perfect, authentic chili for Italian cuisine. They are quite small, but put out flavor and more heat than you might expect. If using an Italian recipe, like one from Lidia Bastianich, then you have the right chili and can expect it to behave according to the recipe. These chilis are a little pricey, since they come from Italy, but a few go a long way. These are the best I've found, after years of trying other chilies, and I'll order them again. They are worth it!

If you want to add some heat to Italian food... here you go. Good taste, hot AF. You'll need to figure out a way to grind it into some sort of powder, because the peppers in whole form are overwhelming, but a pepper grinder works just fine.

These peppers have a great heat but even more flavor. They can be put on pizza or mixed in your pasta sauce for added spice.
