I recently used the Vax Pet, Stain & Odour Remover on my carpets and upholstery, and I’m really impressed with the results. As a pet owner, accidents happen, and this cleaner did an excellent job tackling stains and odors that other products struggled with. Pros: Removes tough stains: It worked well on both fresh and older stains, lifting them without too much scrubbing. Odor elimination: Completely neutralized pet odors rather than just masking them with fragrance. Versatile: Used it on carpets, a fabric sofa, and even a pet bed with great results. Fragrance-free: Ideal for those sensitive to strong scents. Cons: Mild foaming: It lathers a bit when scrubbing, but it’s manageable. Best when used with a machine: Works manually, but I found it most effective when paired with a carpet cleaner. Overall, this is a fantastic product if you have pets or kids and need a reliable stain remover. It made a noticeable difference in my home, and I’ll definitely be keeping a bottle on hand!

I have bought this product quite frequently on my VAX spot wash to clean carpet areas and my sofa due to one of my cats peeing in areas she shouldn't while in heat. (unfortunately cat pee at this time is very smelly!) I find it best to spray out of the vac spot wash with the recommended ratio on the machine 's tank on the area that needs cleaning and leave it for about 15-20 mins so that the product has time to work once I've waited i start sucking up all the water sprayed, having a second pass with another batch of the mixed solution to ensure that it gets deep into the furnishing and carpet, the smell is plesent. Sometimes if the urine is quite deep or been left a few days i will go over it again another day once the area is dry to remove the area of smell. i gets the smell out, instructions are easy to read and manages to get all the unrine out for me it even got up some cat vomit for me it was superficial on the surface as it was a deep pile carpet, less than 12 hours old It would be nicer if it were a bit cheaper but for the overall preformance I will keep buying for future accidents

This works really well for treating pet stains and odours and does exactly what it’s meant to. It’s easy to use and doesn’t leave any strong or unpleasant smells behind. I’ve given four stars as we’re still using it alongside other cleaners, but overall it’s been effective and good value.

With a puppy, still figuring out the ‘where’ of house-training, this is invaluable! I buy the the larger amount and decant into a spray bottle. My pale gold carpets are spotless and fresh and I’d recommend anyone with pets to (especially pups or older pets) to the product in a spray AND this bulk quantity. It’s great value and really does work. Top tip, add to your regular Vax cleaning solution for a really effective clean.

Ok. But didn’t last long when I followed instructions

Easy to use and removed the pet odour from my carpets. This is an additional option to the VAX professional Carpet cleaning solution which smells just as nice and cleans carpets effectively. Only a small amount of liquid is required to make the carpets smell fresh. Needs to be washed out of the carpets with vax carpet cleaning solution.
