I was looking for a chocolate powder that meets 2 criteria: makes good hot chocolate AND works well in a chocolate shaker for topping off cappuccinos. I had tried several powders in the shaker, and found that most of them clump up in the shaker after a short while. Le Royal Choco Premium Hot Chocolate Powder doesn't clump up, and has the right flavour and colour for topping off cappucinos. Iy also is a very easy to use when making hot chocolate, and the flavour is great.
