I gave one star because I have to. Totally useless, does not work!!! It doesn’t reduce water pressure at all just like a normal tap you only have it opened fully or just as much as you need. The pressure gauge doesn’t work, just a gimmick!

Pointless product if you are trying to reduce pressure applied to the hose this will not do it. The adjustment is a simple tap. It will regulate flow by restricting the pipe orifice. When the hose is off, the pressure will build up to the supply pressure. Not worth the money.
