Le Creuset Signature Stainless Steel Iridescent Knob, Large

My dutch oven is so cute thanks to this knob. Easy to change out and great quality for price in my opinion

This knob is very pretty. It’s made identical to the original using light weight stainless steel, so it doesn’t alter or improve the function of the oven. It is just as heat resistant as the original and has withstood a 450-degree oven temperature for more that an hour. This is identical to the original except that it’s anodized with color which should hold up to time and use. Installation is straightforward- unscrew the original and screw this knob on (the knob does come with a new screw). This is made in China, just like the original (just the cast iron portion of the oven is made in France). This should last as long the original would.

Awesome upgrade for my vintage green le creuset Dutch oven! Decided on the gold knob to compliment the green. The gold knob has held up well to heat and a great upgrade from original plastic knob. Great value imo for an heirloom keepsake piece and kitchen workhorse. Matches well and no issues. I’d recommend measuring your pot and potential knob before ordering to get an idea on size.

I thrifted a Le Creuset stock pot and wanted to upgrade the knob. The replacement gold knob is a perfect fit and looks wonderful.

I purchased this knob to replace the original, half broken knob on my inherited and well used over several generations lid. I am so happy with the upgrade. My set is flame, and it actually looks and functions better than I had hoped. Much safer and ergonomic and doesn’t break itself or the cook. *\!/*

The gold knobs are just perfect with the LC Artichaut colorway. They’re easy to fit with the included screw, they’re lightweight but solid just like the original stainless, and for under $30 add a special compliment to heirloom pieces for a good price. *I had a really hard time finding this information and primarily added a review to share that the LC Bread Oven and 3.5 qt. braiser knobs are a size Large, the same as the ones that fit the 6-8 qt. ovens.

The handle that came with my Le Creuset pot was one of those black ones that deteriorates over time. This replacement knob is much nicer and I believe will hold up way better. I’m giving it only four stars because I believe that the price for this replacement knob is a bit too high (should be about $10 less in my opinion). These knobs should be put on the original pots and pans over the cheap black ones.

The Amazon site showed the "Small" version of this knob as 2 inches - it is not and I had to return the first purchase. The medium knob is perfect - althoug they do not make the original black fiber knobs for our Le Creuset pot.

My dutch oven is mostly being used for sourdough and the black handle I had on it broke. Probably due to high temperatures. I therefore thought it best to replace it with a metal handle and this was really easy to replace and fit.

Much better than the old builtin handle

Expensive but quality, stainless steel, oven proof and a good comfortable grip when handling the lid.
