This chair is being used in an assisted living facility where numerous residents have their hair done weekly. I delayed giving the review in order to see how it would hold up. It is perfect. The customers really like the comfort and feet support. The stylist loves the ease of use. When our other chair needs replacing, I will plan to purchase another one from this seller.

Great chair even for daily use.

This chair is comfortable, easy to assemble neatly stitched and easy to use. The only reason I gave 4 stars (would have given 4.5 if that was possible) is the handle is plastic and have a bit of a sharp edge at the front. Wish it was made like the headrest with some form of padding..

I have been trying to get ahold of someone in customer service since July 31st today is 9/5/24. I purchased this for PMU ( tattoo) In which I need the chair to recline like the description states, I attached both pictures as proof which I also sent the seller, the first picture is the chair straight up and the second picture where it is “reclined” this item is defective! It does not recline like the description states. I contacted Amazon in which they sent me to talk to the seller, I explained the seller the issue in which I also explained I am at high risk pregnancy and had someone built it for me and I am unable to unbuild it or lift heavy , I had asked if I can send it built or any other resolution and all I’m getting is they can give me a $20 refund when I paid almost $200 for it. The seller is not taking responsibility for this item being defective and because of the estate that I am in I am going to get stuck with this defective item and the seller is not taking responsibility for their defective items. I have not received a response and I am waiting and can’t start my business until I buy another chair. I don’t need this stress and these people are sure not helping
