I’m giving this 5 stars because even though it’s technically a nasal spray, it does exactly what it's supposed to do. I actually used this to clean my ear piercings instead of using it for my nose, and it worked out great. The stream is very strong, which makes it perfect for flushing out and cleaning exactly what you need to. It’s just saline, but it’s effective and does the job well for a good price.

Son was getting nosebleeds (winter/heat). Doc recommended saline nose spray and no more nose bleeds. Glad I got this Amazon brand is my new go to, perfectly priced, gets the job done.

this spray is easy to use and now a staple on my nightstand. i had sinus surgery 20 years ago and i still remember suffering from so many sinus infections so i try to keep my nose hydrated. i live in the desert so this spray is a must have item to keep my sinuses happy all year round. value is great and the size is guaranteed to last quite a while.

Although it works well, it does leave an after burn in my sinus/throat.

This Amazon Basic Care saline nasal spray works just as well as the name-brand versions I’ve used, at a much lower cost. The ingredients are the same, the mist is gentle and soothing, and it provides quick, effective moisture and relief without any medication. The spray is easy to use and feels clean and refreshing. Getting two bottles for this price is a great value, especially since the performance is identical to more expensive options. I’ll definitely be sticking with this one going forward.

I don't like humidifiers because I had a problem with mold in a previous home and I even found mold inside my humidifier. So nasal saline is how I deal with the discomfort of dry nasal passages and moisturizing them to alleviate any issues. This also keeps me healthier during cold and flu season, eases discomfort if I get sick and in general gently cleanses. This is safer and I don't have to worry about mold or using medications for congestions. I find this brand to be great quality, the price is great and I always have it on hand. I use it daily.

The difference noted in the Amazon Basic Care Premium Saline Nasal Moisturizing Spray was that it was moisturizing-the others say they are while in time leave the nose dried out-not my experience with this product from Amazon. The squeeze spray application is efficient in directing the spray comfortably and it is easy to use. Effective & non-medicated relief.
