I suffer with fibromyalgia and muscle pain is horrific. I brought this to help ease muscle pain especially at night. It really does help ease my pain. It’s non greasy which is great when using at bedtime, no residue was left on my bed clothes. I noticed also after using for a few days it helps me sleep much better, I found Most fibromyalgia patients are deficient in magnesium so this helps to restore lost levels of magnesium without having to take it orally ( taken orally can give horrible stomach cramps) . My mum also uses it for restless legs syndrome and she reports that it’s done wonders in calming her legs before bed after a week of use. I’ve also added it to Shea butter to make a lotion for added moisture, pure luxury! ❤️

I bought this on recommendation from a friend who suffers daily from sciatica. It certainly eases the pain and inflammation. I rub it into the affected part just before going to bed. It brings instant relief and a great nights sleep. Have recommended it to others who use it for back ache and arthritis. Great product - will definitely buy it again. The bottle last for months and months. One word jof caution - if you rub it into the soles of your feet be very careful when you get out of bed - your feet become very slippery -

My husband suffers with Peripheral Neuropathy and thought that he needs some magnesium. On his first night off using the spray, he slept through without any pain. I would definately recommend Magnesium Oil Spray Extra Strength 100%. I am unable to provide the picture but believe me, it has made me very happy to know that the first time of using the product, that he managed to sleep through the night.

Brought for neck and shoulder pain caused by tension but did absolutely nothing, so stopped using it. Tried it again as I was waking up every hour and not achieving a restful nights sleep and it works wonders. Now sleeping throughout and waking up feeling refreshed. Went a night without it and was up again every hour. I spray it under my feet, shoulders and stomach

I’m using the product for two month now and I’m really happy with the sleep quality plus if I have a joint paint after a heavy training I would apply there and the recovery would be much faster then normal. 👌🏻

Hasn't worked on me. Still struggling with the pain.

So good for sleep and relaxation, has a lovely sedative effect and my sleep is deeper and longer. So brilliant, can highly recommend.
