Jet black and long lasting

It is too difficult to take off the cap. My white shirt got ruined because the eye liner drops were all over it when I opened the cap. And it is kind of difficult for me to draw a winged liner with this as compared to the regular eyeliners that you get in the bottle. Might be a skill issue from my side. The texture is nice. It dries very quickly and its smudge and water proof

This is hands down one of the worst products I’ve ever purchased on Amazon. The Dazzler Hi-Def Eyeliner arrived completely dried out and absolutely unusable. No pigment, no smooth application—just a hard, dry tip that scratches the skin and leaves nothing behind. I tried everything—shaking it, storing it tip-down, even warming it slightly—but nothing worked. It felt like I received an old or expired product. There was zero color payoff, and the formula was clearly dried up long before it reached me. The packaging looks decent, but don’t be fooled. It’s all looks and no performance. This eyeliner is a total waste of money, even at a low price. There are plenty of better and more reliable options out there in the same price range. Do not buy this product. You’ll just end up disappointed and frustrated like I did.
