Good exercise machine with resistance for any level of fitness don't under-estimate it like i did cause it kick my butt. Machine good for whatever your fitness needs are toning, cardio, or shedding pounds. My title isn't completely honest. The tube didn't break in five minutes. It broke in about two. I owned a machine like this before. 20 years ago. And even then I paid about three times what this one cost. So, I kinda knew I was making a giant mistake with this, but assumed perhaps they just got quicker and easier to make so they cost less now.... nope. This POS is beyond trash. Once assembled it will rock back and forth with your shifting weight as you get on or off. NOTHING is welded... everything is bolted together. This is simply not how exercise equipment should be made. Don't waste your money. This thing isn't even worth the paltry amount they're asking.

Even on the lowest setting it's difficult to use. It's more of an resistance/strength training but not for a good aerobics workout like I was looking for.

It was LATE arriving to my home. There aren’t clear instructions on how to put it together. I haven’t had the opportunity to use it yet but it’s cheaply made ugh !! Well I tried to give myself this gift for my Birthday & I’m totally disappointed

I like the fact it does work your core. But I thought it could have been built a little heavier.
