Wonderful color and flavor

My to go for Hungarian Gaulish. I always try to buy the three pack. Tastes great and good value.

Perfect delivery and the perfect product

I am not saying this is the best paprika because I am a born Hungarian (leaving in Seattle) but when you see and hear it on a food network from different big chefs than it must be true! It has a nice vibrant color and smells good. You can use it for many different way for soups (Gulyas), bake (meatloaf) or just sprinkle over deviled egg or scrambled eggs. This one taste sweet but it has a spicy version too. Highly recommend it to everyone who likes a great taste to their food!

Have used this brand of paprika for 20 or so years. Has the best flavor.

A number years ago, I bought some bulk paprika that I have been using. I recently tried a recipe that specified using this paprika - so I bought it for the recipe. I tried doing a taste test of both, and I honestly can't taste a difference. It's possible the bulk paprika is also sweet Hungarian, though. For me, I use paprika in recipes to add color and possibly a bit of spiciness, but I really don't think it adds a lot of flavor. Since the cost factor isn't much different than other paprika, I think it's OK as paprika goes. I will continue to use this in recipes that call for paprika, but I don't think it is anything special. The bulk paprika was a lot less expensive. I hope this review is helpful for you.

Great product

Love the paprika, hate the new (white) lid. I've ordered this paprika a few times now and it used to come with a black double lid and I had no issuesa getting the lid open. I like that there are now 3 dispensing options but every time I get one of the new lids I have difficulty opening one or all of the flaps. The first time I got a white lid I couldn't open the flaps at all because the plastic was still connected. This time, I can only get the center (scooping) flap opens without breaking my nails or using a butter knife to try and pry it open. As someone who uses paprika for almost every savory meal, the quality of the lid gets annoying really quick. The packaging size has also changed so I couldn't just swap the lid out :(
