Nostalgia in a package!

I was gifted these cookies that only come out at Holidays .I can only find them on Amazon. Cookies are so good. I crave them all year long.

Super delicious... But they came melted in december and slightly crumbled together. We still ate them but were disappointed in how they arrived. German chocolate is absolutely amazing. The quality is better then American.

The cookies arrived in a box with no padding or protection inside. Every one was broken and in pieces. I tasted the pieces and they were really tasty. Tried to imagine what they would taste like if I had been able to bite into a whole cookie. Very disappointed in the way they were delivered.

Cookies were slow to arrive. They were crumbled as if stomped by an elephant. Very disappointed.

The best cookies ever...

Although, the ginger bread was delicious, the way they get shipped need major improvement. In my opinion it only can be logic that the contents will arrive crushed. It does not really change much on taste, but if someone wants to present them for Christmas on a plate, nobody wants them to be flattened or crushed. It is just not pleasing to the eye. Please, protect them better during shipment!!
