Wow, used a few times and I must say this bread flower is very very good indeed. Well packed too and can highly recommend this.

This bread flour is new to me but will definitely be reordering it, it rises well and when kneaded correctly has a good structure, and a high protein of 15grams. Excellent quality.

Unfortunately, this is the only flour I can buy now. This has ruined all other flour for me. I’ve never had such beautifully handlable dough with such little effort. Feels delightful. Handles such high hydration effortlessly. Not had a loaf come out anything less than perfect. My only complaint is that I can literally now never buy any other flour.

Im in my bread making time of my life and this flour is brilliant! I have made 2 lots of sourdough and the came out great even with it being my first time making it. I have made some normal bread rolls using this and they came out lovely. Very impressed. Will definitely be buying more.

Great flour for homemade sourdough, arrived well packaged and quick.

This is the best flour for Sourdough without question. I’ve tried loads of different ones but always come back to this. Good price. Sometimes a bit short dated (although not out of date) so 1 star deducted. Otherwise good value product which consistently performs.

Great flour, lovely loaves. Usually blend with a few other flours inc their wholemeal which makes great pancakes too.
