No irritating my upper legs any more!
I use this for the upper half of my leg and bikini area and it leaves my skin really soft. I've got dark hair and find I need to leave it a couple more minutes than recommended but otherwise, it works well. The smell is very mild (or at least compared to how I remember hair removal products smelling when I used them years ago!) and it seems to spread well and has lasted me ages (tho I don't use it often). I took a chance shaving the other week and I'm still suffering from the rash so I'll stick to either this or my epilator from now on.

Removes hair well, smells a little bit but not too bad
I got this to try out on my legs to see if it really does last 7 days - would be ideal for hair removal before a holiday if it does... The hairs on my legs were about 6mm long (don't judge, I've been busy :)) so it had a tough job to do. I started by applying the larger tube of removal cream - I used the wooden spatula to smooth it on and then waited - the cream was smooth and had a smell to it but it wasn't awful unlike some others I've tried that felt like it was burning my nostril hair off! I waited then scraped it off with the same wooden spatula. It did work surprisingly well - I'd say it got rid of about 98% of the hairs, and the ones left were those stray really thick hairs that I could pluck out easily. All fine hairs had gone and my legs genuinely felt smooth. The cream to water lotion smelt lovely and felt very cooling afterwards - it did drip a bit but I think I put too much on when you only need a small amount. I have sensitive skin and had zero reaction to this at all and 4 days in, there's still hardly any regrowth - maybe a couple of small, fine hairs but that's all. Definitely worth a go if you're going away and don't want the hassle of shaving....

Don't bother
Described as three items, but only 2 arrived and package clearly said two. Fully refunded but there's something strange going on, several other reviews said similar (should have read these first!)

First time self waxer
So I usually get a wax done by a professional, I’ve had it done many times but never done one myself. The cooling water and ingrown hair elements are helpful, I wouldn’t say they made a massive difference. The wax and the wipes have a nice smell to them too. If your expecting to have a salon time experience or finish, I can say now that’s not going to happen in my opinion. You peel the strips apart from each other which gives you two wax strips to use each time (they’re plenty in the box), you then apply them in direction of hair growth, just make sure the part without wax on is applied in right direction. I didn’t do this a couple times and ended up having to take it off and do it again. The wax itself is sticky enough to pull hairs out, but as it’s not like hot wax it doesn’t get them all, so it means your going to have to apply it a few times, therefore more pain/uncomfortableness. Now I’ve had waxing done lots and it never normally hurts, probably because their a professional who have done it many times, but also because your distracted. When your doing this yourself your not distracted at all and I can tell you this hurt alot more. So much so that I abandoned it half way through! The wipes are really good though, when I opened them I thought they would be rubbish as felt quite dry, but their not at all and got all the wax off with one wipe. I think if your an experienced self waxer you will be great with this kit, but if your like me and trying it for first time, may be best to just leave it to the professionals.

Does what it says it will
Used hair removal cream years ago and was pleasantly surprised how good this was as it did not disappoint, had a pleasant smell and worked quickly

everything you need in 1
I loved that this came as a kit - cooling water to cleanse first, then the wax strips, you also get wipes to remove any excess wax, then an ingrown hair balm. I was impressed using this for the first time.

Works effectively, though a tad overpriced
This has everything you needs in a compact box, and is a good starter kit. It’s advertised as a 3 step process, but is actually 4! The kit has four products, which in order of use are 1) 30ml cooling water, 2) 20 wax strips, 3) 4 post-wax oil wipes, and 4) 15ml ingrown hair balm. All useful products which all work well together. I can only assume that as only four wipes are provided and small water and gal, that the pack is aimed to last for four sessions, which does I think make it a tad expensive, but assume you can buy larger versions of them. So far I’ve used this on my underarms and had effective results. I’m not sure I’ll have the courage to try on a more delicate area! To be honest I’m not sure I get any more benefit using this wax kit then I do from using sensitive hair removal cream at a fraction of the cost. But if waxing is stour thing then 5his a decent set, just a tad overpriced I feel. Four stars.
