I bought these as I have IBS and seemed to be having a prolonged flare which was painful, limiting and very tedious. There was an improvement within days and not just the tummy, everything felt easier i feel like i lost ten years and cleaning the house was suddenly manageable again, thank you! Hopefully they have colonised as i don't think i could afford them every month but as a one off maybe after an illness or antibiotics or something they are a very worthwhile investment!

I am not brand conscious or a person blindly following or believing in a particular product. Right now, this product works for me… I am not going to name a list of my previous products for the same purpose. If you are getting a product like this, then, you know your body is currently inefficient or incapable of producing its own balanced biodiversity gut. For me, it’s a short “jump” start to regulate my lower track. I am lactose intolerant but not all milk products but only a selective milk diet, so, it’s impossible to ask which milk the shop owners are using or from takeaway… I don’t fear but always take a risk but when I suffer a deep infection than I always use such products. Yeah, I am indeed aware, this bottle is a bit expensive but for me it’s totally worth it. I am not endorsing this product or affiliated with them in anyway. I hate to say, it works but it’s the truth. I like it because the responding time is fast & so I am obligated to continue to use it…. But in future, I will definitely buy this product & it will be definitely in my essentials travel list…

Excellent product, as with all of Wild Nutrition's products they are gentle on the stomach and 'Food Grown' which means your body easily recognises them. The Biotic supplement not only aids digestion, but has the potential to improve overall wellbeing specifically the gut linking with the brain.

I take a broad spectrum of supplements daily. I have a small bowl of tablets and capsules to get through. Ease of swallowing is therefore a VERY IMPORTANT FACTOR for me. I find these SMALL CAPSULES (see pic) very easy to swallow because of their size. Getting them down is still easier than tablets because they are not at all powdery. They are not ‘dry’ in the mouth. This is why I usually prefer capsules. In the interest of curiosity (and I’m not recommending this) I allowed one to stay in my mouth to see what would happen. It did NOT QUICKLY DISINTEGRATE. It was not unpleasant. After a while I then chewed it up. The contents of the capsule are like a bland foodstuff. Not offensive at all. Not what you might call ‘nice’ but no problem. The remains of the capsule were less pleasant. Again, not actually a problem but I don’t really like the somewhat slimy bits of capsule. A drink would sort the bits out but I was, easily, able to let me mouth clear itself. A while later… I feel absolutely fine. I like the fairly wide mouthed container that these capsules come in. Convenient. I hope these opinions and observations are helpful.

This is not my first supplement from Wild Nutrition. I always choose products from this company because of how happy I am with the high quality of their natural ingredients and how well their supplements are performing. The recommendation is to take 1 tablet a day (they are easy to swallow and do not have any aftertaste) which means this bottle will last for 30 days. Considering the price of £37 (at the time of writing this review) this is a very expensive monthly supplement. But I can say that these tablets helped me to get back into a good digestive balance after being ill for 2 weeks. Overall, this is a slightly overpriced supplement, where you pay more for name, but as I also mentioned, their supplements always work well and are an efficient way to restore your health after being ill, so I feel the price is justified.

Taking this as part of a new diet due to digestive/gut problems. As it's combined with other products, cannot really say whether it is helping yet but will continue taking.

Probiotics are great for improving digestion and can help you stay regular. Normally (not always) when there are health concerns these show up in the skin so when you take probiotics you'll notice a difference in your complexion. I like that these come in a tinted glass bottle which is more environmentally friendly, the tinted nature of the bottle keeps them from degrading in sunlight and it has a premium feel. I feel the price is a bit steep for one months supply (1 capsule a day) and there are many comparable products on the market. That being said I do like these and have found them effective in terms of slowly helping improve my skin clarity. Also that the capsules are small and thin so they're very easy to swallow.

Live bacteria supplement. There is 30 capsules in a dark glass bottle with the metal lid. It also comes in 100% recycled paper packaging. All is wholesome and supplement is 'food-grown'. Ingredients are clean (just a blend of live bacteria), heat treated brown rice powder and the capsule shell is from the vegetable cellulose. Directions are 1 capsule per day, morning or night and to be taken before food. (I accidentally combined this with other probiotics product for a couple of weeks and the overdose result was a white coated tongue and some painful spot on my tongue and sores. As soon as I realised and stopped taking both products all resolved fast. Just shows that even good thing in excess can be no good. Now only taking this, following the recommended dosage and drinking plenty of water, no issues.
