LICHIFIT 28mm External Optical Side Axis Viewfinder for Ricoh GR for Leica X Series Cameras

I ignored all the other bad reviews thinking “well it’s cheap, as long as it functions that’s fine” Well, it’s cheap relative to the insane $250 official Ricoh GR viewfinder, but still too overpriced. This should cost $2 it’s so bad The plastic lens distorts the image like you’re looking through the bottom of a coke bottle, the field of view isn’t correct, and there are no frame lines so you can’t use this in any accurate way for framing so it has no practical use. I might try to etch in my own frame lines to salvage it, but I would not recommend buying

Qualité optique très médiocre. Lentilles en plastique, forte distortion. Inutilisable en mode photo sérieux. Eventuellement en dépannage ou pour un projet DIY genre caméra pinhole. 10 fois moins cher qu'un viseur optique en verre de qualité on ne peut donc pas en demander plus ! Retouné à Amazon.

I ordered 35mm. I use it on my Sony ZVE10 with a Samyang 24mm f2.8 lens (=36mm). I turn off the camera screen and use Auto Mode. 80% accuracy. 100% fun. Recommended.

I bought it without reading the reviews... big mistake lol. This is just a little piece of plastic, not even good plastic just useless really... unfortunately.

If I could give it a negative rating I would. same quality as the toys that came in CrackerJack box
