Did anyone get daisies in the end? I really want daisies so am deciding between improving my lawn or just daisies?

I got daisies, and clover, but probably not as many as in the picture. I was using it to patch a grassy area (not really a lawn) which I don't mow but cut with long handled shears to keep under control, cutting round the wild flowers if I can. The daisies are very vigorous and tall.

Hello, what time of year is best to sow the seed. Does the ground require any prep? I'd be sowing over a very patchy lawn.

I sowed mine in April, just scratched into the lawns bare patches and covered with a thin layer of soil to hide from the birds....worked well

Do you mow this lawn or just leave it? I planted 5 weeks ago and the grass element is now 20cm long. I can see lots of clover leafs lower to the groun

I have just been using a pair of shears on the grass element but I do have only a very small patch to deal with. I'm not sure how mowing may affect the clover growth.
