Atmosphere Aerosol 3 Pack 8oz Haze/Fog Spray for Photographers and Filmmakers

It does not take a lot spray to get great effects and the fog did not fade away while the photos were being taken. We even had to ventilate the room because it stayed for a while. There was no residue or harsh smells and it seems like there is still a lot left in the can for future projects.

I bought 3 cans and the recommended handle for spraying. The first can I opened had a broken nozzle. Of course the warrant or timeline to send back was yesterday. But I hadn't had a reason to use them as of yet so I wish I would have opened all three cans as soon as they came. But would have thought? The caps are not sealed on. The nozzle tip fell right off as soon as I opened took the cap off. The other two appear to be fine. Once one can is empty I will take a good nozzle off of the empty can and replace it. I also bought the recommended handle and it works great! This will come in handy when holding a camera in one hand and the can of atmosphere aerosol in the other. Using it tonight for the first time. Excited to see the results.

As a photographer, I’ve used fog machines in the past to create “atmosphere” but they turn on and off on their own, so you have to wait for them to take your shot. This stuff is so much easier to work with, you just have someone spray it exactly when you need it and where you need it. There is no smell, no residue left on the wood floors or any of my gear, and it did not set off the smoke detectors. It fades away nicely after being sprayed, giving you plenty of time to take several shots but not making the entire room “smoky.” The best set up I found for even “smoke” is one person on each side of the subject spraying at them. There is a lot in each can, we used it for several shots (20+??), and never ran out. Another photographer had recommended this and it really does work as well as they said!

I was lead on organizing an army training lane that incorporated reacting to a CBRN attack. At first I thought maybe I could use a fog machine, but given that we conducted the training in the woods, it was out of the question. I had a support person hidden behind trees as each squad cycled through the lane, and as they came up to the CBRN point my support person popped out and sprayed the can to simulate a gas attack. The spray was visible and worked as intended!
