It's difficult to rate supplements because most require use for months before anything is noticed. But there are some that are just always in my daily routine, this is one of them because we can be deficient so easily. This company has great products, excellent quality and very fair prices. I'll continue to take this!!

Easy to swallow, and seems to be good. Will know more when I get my next blood workup. Though the pills smell bad, I don't notice when I take them. It helps that I always hold water in my mouth, then put the pills in, and drink more water to wash them down. That way, I rarely get the taste of pills, unless they don't go down easy. These pill do go down easy, thus, I never know if they'd taste as bad as they smell.
