Have always wanted to try these pans and thought this was such a comprehensive set of everything you could possibly need it was a great bundle to buy. Love how it comes with not only saucepans and lids but also a selection of frying pans so really does cover all the basis of what you may need. Also comes with a selection of cooking utensils which won’t scratch the pans when being used. The copper coating def makes a notable difference when cooking as I’ve found they heat up quicker and the non stick allows me to serve up the food much easier not to mention cleaning up afterwards takes little effort. Beautifully designed and very high build quality - am really impressed!

I bought the larger set for my daughter 3 years ago and she loves them, so when it was time to replace mine, got these. I've been cooking in them for a month before reviewing and they are worth the hype. Nonstick, easy clean, durable and pretty. Just like the pictures.

I bought this set a few months ago (April 2020) and have had the opportunity to use each of the pots and pans several times (excluding the steamer... haven't used that yet). This is my second set of ceramic cookware.... I learned lessons with that first set that has helped me to keep these looking like new. I know people use that phrase all the time, but in my case, it's true, they still look like they came out of the box. The secret to properly caring for nonstick and ceramic cookware? USE MODERATE HEAT! My very first time out with a ceramic skillet and I had the white ceramic looking like a badly toasted marshmallow 15 minutes into the cook. I had the temp on high and it scorched it, period. I'm a slow learner, I guess, because I did it to the pots, too. I've found that the Gotham set requires nothing higher than medium heat... I have an ordinary run-of-the-mill electric glass top stove and never have to go above medium. The heat ring on the bottom of the pans is weighty and distributes the heat quickly and evenly and holds the heat very well. Another important tip... after you are done cooking, let the pan cool down on its own. Putting it under water right away, as others have said, can cause it to warp and not sit evenly (did that with the old set, too). After it cools down then hand wash it (I only hand wash because I've never own a dishwasher, anyway). A soft sponge or just a paper towel is all I've ever needed, even after hard searing pork chops (on medium heat) to get that lovely dark brown crust that makes them so delish. They are really beautiful in appearance, too. I knocked off one star because this product deserves to have some kind of silicone protector on the lid handles-- they get HOT! The pan handles stay cool enough to touch, but careful on the lids. I also wish there was more of a selection in the beaten copper line. I bought a large 6 qt. copper skillet from Epicurious to go with the set... it's not beaten but close enough. And one last thing... the metal heat rings aren't exactly filed smoothly so be careful on your glass top when you move the pans or you will scratch your glass cooktop. Overall, I paid full price for these at $139 and have no regrets. It is a beautiful and functional set.

I don't know if I'd pay the current price of around $140-$150, but I absolutely love these pans. Simple wipe out to clean, even heating, I haven't burned anything in them EVER, and nothing sticks! They are not the cheap $20 Copper Pans that Wal-mart has up front by the registers (though I was able to get one Gotham Steel at Wal-Mart in the pan section on clearance and wish I'd bought more).

I love my Gotham Steel pots and pans. I use them on my smooth top stove and they still look new. I’ve gotten so many compliments. So far no scratches. I am mindful when I use them.

I love, love, love these. I started with an orgreenic pan, which was ok, but bought this set shortly after. They are wonderful. Heat evenly, clean up like a dream. I have stainless steel Revere Ware that I've had for 60+ years, some of which were my mother's from the 1940s. These are the first cookware I've found that might actually replace them. I'vesince bought their bakeware and a grill griddle. Love it all. Highly recommend.

Have had this gorgeous collection for about 4.5mths now! Quality finishing and received plenty of compliments for the beautiful pots and pans! The 8inch frying pan ended up with discolouration and staining for some odd reason unlike the remaining pots which hasn’t discoloured and looks brand new despite heavy high heat cooking

Dieses Kochset ist von guter Qualität. Ich kann es durchaus weiterempfehlen, auch wenn der Preis nicht ganz günstig ist. im Bereich Kupfer als Werkstoff sind die Preise sowieso etwas höher wie bei Edelstahl. ich koche sehr gerne damit, ...auch Gerichte wie Gulasch, Braten und Saucen gelingen mit diesen Töpfen sehr gut.

These pots and pans are exactly as advertised. A great product at a great price. I believe in buying quality products even if they cost a bit more but these pots and pans cost far less than the "hexa" pots which seem to be their closest competitor quality-wise. The non-stick surface is the most slippery I have ever used and clean up is so easy. The pots and pans are lightweight, look great and work very well on our induction cooktop. My only complaint is that there is no larger pot available. I would give 10 stars if I could!
