Overall a good idea for a product but too much plastic. I can remember making those bracelets as a child just by attaching the threads to the hard, foamy cushion with a safety pin. The price seems high for what you get. Also the instructions were a huge let down!I was hoping it would make a great present but I ended up returning it. At least the Amazon return service was easy and straight forward.

Nice set , lots of nice colours for braids, come with hooks to make bracelets too,plenty of things to make with this.

As someone who has made many of these bracelets over the years for fun using a clip board, I can safely say that being able to keep tension on each thread makes them 100x times easier to make! The only negative of this product is that it only holds 10 threads so if making wider bracelets you'll have your extra threads loose hanging. I tried to look for a similar product that might hold more threads but didn't have any luck. Product is lightweight but sturdy enough, and for the price you can't really go wrong. Absolutely recommended for any beginners to making these bracelets.

The holding clip is useless the loop keeps coming loose every time we pull gently to make the bracelet better off holding this myself. Instructions were so poor I had to depend on you tube for an idea of what they were trying to achieve. This product just caused stress and had my daughter in tears. Ruined my daughter’s day and mine. Would not recommend!
