I'm using these to help as I housebreak my puppy. He wears them indoors and I take them off when I take him outside. Ozzy (baby Havanese) measures 12" around his waist. The size small fits him softly and loosely without twisting or sliding (I could pull it tighter but there is no need) and gives him plenty of room to grow. They go on quickly and easily. With another brand I had to pick out stitches to remove stiff tight elastic, then sew them back together. With Mkono the elastic has a very gentle soft pull, so the belt won't bind or chafe. Ozzy sometimes slipped forward in the other brand and leaked right onto the floor. But Mkono is wider where it needs to be. It gives great coverage and stays exactly where you put it. These bands are very soft and comfortable for a baby puppy's tender skin. It pleasantly surprised me that these hand wash like a dream, so I don't have to wait for a load of laundry. Dirt slides right off them. I use a doggy diaper pad inside them to cut down on laundry. You still have to take a pup out often and give lavish praise and high value treats right after good potties. But if your puppy wears these inside the house you won't have to clean pee off floors and carpets, and your house won't smell like dog pee. Same with a dog who marks indoors or an incontinent dog. Some earlier posts said the stitching didn't go through all layers to attach the Velcro. The company apparently listened and corrected this so the stitching on mine goes through all layers. We love it when a company listens and improves! Get these, you'll love them!

I got extra large. It was a good decision. They seem to be a good quality. They have nice elastic so its not too tight when he has it on. I have noticed no leakage from this brand. I do use a doggie pad on the inside of the diaper. I dont want to have to wash them after his accidents. I highly recommend you buy them with any cloth doggie diapers. Its so convenient to use with the diaper The color are cute. The velcro is good. I have washed them a few times with no issues. They are doing the job! No more peeing on the floor!

I think this review is important because sometimes a dog simply has accidents , or bladder issues, or is a rescue and might be stressed. I am one of those that believe there is no bad dogs. Bad owners, inexperienced owners , yes! Too many dogs end up in resue due to housebreaking issues. This is totally wrong and sometimes when it is not a training issue belly bands are the lerfect answer. We bave depends for seniors, don’t we? I have had dogs my whole life, big and small purebred and mixes. My senior yourkie is my first that has issues with accidents. We finally had him housebroken when he was 1 1/2 but now he is 13 and has frequent accidents. He is an amazing dog and I hate seeing him stressed. We tried many diapers and belly bands. This is the first that he is comfortable in and does not try to wiggle out of . It js well made and extremely absorbant for when he does have an accident. I do not know why someone said there should be more velcro for size adjustment. There are three sizable strips of velcro so for example you have a shaggy dog and he gets a summer cut you can make the band tighter. My yorkie is tiny but has a big belly. He weights 10 pounds but should weigh 7 ( tough being a senior) The medium fits him perfectly. These bands are actually designed extremely well. Instead if being a perfect rectangle they curve out on the undercarriage side which keeps it coveing the male parts even if the band slips up or down a little. Since our yorkie is a little guy the straight bands often slip and therefore the band is not covering what they need to in order to be effective and are a total waste.

They are very soft & don't pinch or tug on the sensitive underbelly area. As they do not have heavy elastic around the material. They are lower profile than the other kind of wraps in the market. Dogs seem to be more comfortable when wearing them vs the other brands & styles. The are very very well made & they stay in place. They are easy to take on & off. The urine smell washes off easily after one washing & they dry much faster than other brands. What all male wraps share regardless of brand including Mkono is that they are not 100% leak proof. I use disposable wrap inside the cloth ones. I took one star of because for the first time since I have been ordering them & I did order many in the past, I didn't receive brand new diapers. They had no tags & the plastic wrap they came in was very dirty. I believe they sent me a return. I had to use them so I did not bother to exchange. Note to the manufacturer I hope in the future you will make them in more sizes. Size large only can fit a standard size pug. I hope you can make them for dogs who are bigger than pugs. Also please make female diapers.

Very soft and the pads for them are cheap and very nice . My male has to wear this almost all day long when we are at work and the disposables were giving him rash and all his belly hair was gone ..

Shame I did not think about putting my little chap in these nappy’s 2 years ago . Life is so much easier now as he can have a free run in the house , with out me having to worry where he is putting his mark .

I've used the other diapers by this company for approx 1 1/2 year and I like them a lot it just needed to be a little rounder at the top to cover more of the belly as my dog could still have leaks above the diaper top. I thought this design sounded exactly what I needed. The diaper does cover more but I don't know why elastics were added, to me they serve no purpose and as before the size medium fit just right this size medium fits larger and is very messy looking as you can see from the picture. I am happy with the added width on the belly but I don't know that the changes warrant the steep price. I think with the new design the size small would probably fit my dog better. I am a bit disappointed.
