Great quality
Great quality! Worked really well. Great for smoothing buttercream on big cakes

Good Sturdy Palette Knife
Bought this to use for icing a friend's wedding cake, with the hope of using it to smooth the sides and also lift cakes into position. Have yet to test it out (will update when I do if anything changes) but initial impressions - it's sturdy and quite stiff so I think it will cope with a 10" quite well for lifting. The flat part is a little short and so won't cover the whole of the cake top if bigger than a 6" cake, but should be manageable. Get a bigger one if you want to smooth the top in one go. Handle well attached, smooth, and comfortable. All in all, a good palette knife.

Good for icing
Good for icing but if you like to dollup on your icing with whatever utensil you use to make it I think I would have preferred a slightly smaller spatula for spreading it around and smoothing surfaces and edges. Still useful and handy to have.

Fantastic knife
I love this small bladed palette knife. As a keen baker it has so far provided multiple uses from easing off smaller pieces of fondant or pastry from a work surface to helping buttercream or ganache large layered cakes. The small blade provides more accuracy. I wouldn’t be without it

Sturdy palette knife
Very good palette knife. Very sturdy and easy to use. Long knife which is great for larger cakes.

Good Quality
the angle on the palette knife makes it easier to work with the icing. It's very good quality and I'm pleased I purchased this one.

It wasn't the best quality. I found it too bendy for cake decorating.

Very useful in the kitchen
A good palette knife with just enough spring to be able to get it under buns or cakes without damaging them. Not a lot more to say.
