Since this herb is quite bitter, I mixed it with a bit of my morning coffee on a spoon, and followed up with a few sips of coffee immediately after, all to avoid any gastric upset or other unwanted effect. That works for me. So far, no complaints. The directions are a bit confusing for me. It says a dose is two tablets, but then it states: Two capsules can be taken twice to achieve best results. I guess it's best to start small and see if more seems required for your situation. I always prefer to take fewer rather than many of any supplement if I can. Each batch is tested by a third party lab to check its purity and potency. It would be perfect if the supplier or manufacturer provided a copy of the latest batch testing results on this listing. That would deserve a 5 star rating!

I love this product. I was diagnosed with Graves’ disease and the over active thyroid is now effecting my liver function. I always wondered why I had sores on my body, it’s because my liver was screaming for help! These pills work quickly - I took a total of six over three days and saw my liver being cleans (pea size green balls) in the toilet. I now have TONS of energy!!!!

I have been using this product for about a month and here are my likes and dislikes: Likes - The capsules are about the size of a US quarter but are easy to swallow. This is very important to me because I have trouble swallowing some larger capsules. - I didn't notice any negative side effects from taking the supplement. - I have been mentally sharper since I have been taking the product but I do attribute part of that to some other lifestyle improvements. Dislikes: None Taking the product did not cause a night and day difference so my results are subjective. But, as a whole, I feel better now that I am taking it then I was before I started taking it.

As I get older, I’m trying to take better care of my health, and part of that is making sure I’m getting the nutrition my body needs. I have a few prescription medications, so I always clear any new vitamins and supplements with my doctor to make sure there are no interactions. I take a regular daily multi-vitamin, calcium, and vitamin D, along with a rotating supply of different supplements for various concerns. I’m pre-diabetic, so I have to watch my sugars, and I’m intolerant to most artificial sweeteners, so I’ve learned to read nutrition labels closely. I appreciate that this product is held to GMP standards and has one of the shortest ingredient lists I’ve seen on a supplement. There are usually a bunch of fillers and other things, so it’s great to see that these don’t have anything extra that I don’t need. After using almost the entire bottle, I have to say I’m pretty impressed. They are easy to swallow and have minimal odor (obviously, they have a smell, but it’s not bad or overpowering). I take 2 of them with my breakfast with a full glass of water (as per the directions). Not only have I noticed fewer symptoms after eating, but my blood sugar readings have been in range throughout the day, even after having the one regular can of soda I allow myself daily. They were previously borderline. At around $20 for a 2-month supply, I’d say it’s reasonably priced. I can’t speak to the “improves liver health” claim, as that would require blood testing to know for sure, but overall, I feel better taking these. I highly recommend this product and will likely order another bottle soon.
