Updated review: I'm editing this review because, while the capsules are not the smallest I've taken, I did get used to the size and have not had any issues since. The product is definitely doing good things for me, especially wound healing. I've found cuts, scrapes, bruises, and even the aftereffects of dental work were taking much longer to heal than they once had. Since taking this product for just over 1 month (I only take one per day, though twice daily is recommended), I see a noticeable increase in wound healing. I'm also seeing changes in the skin on my face: brighter, less tired-looking, and maybe a little smoother/less dry. It seems to be helping with lung function, too! I may increase to the suggested dose of twice daily and see if I notice further improvements. It's a good product and I WILL purchase this brand again. Original review: First, the good. I didn't feel it right away, but about two weeks into taking NOW Liposomal C, my skin looks brighter, and I feel subtle positive changes, including lung function and decreased eczema. Now for the bad. They're HUGE! I have to psyche myself up to swallow them each day, and I take a variety of vitamins daily, so I'm not typically bothered by swallowing pills.

Highly recommended. Product is easy to swallow and absorbs well. I can feel it hit my system and it helps so much for seasonal flare ups. No side effects for me aside from feeling better.

My pharmacist recommended this absorbable Vitamin C. She told me that my bargain Vitamin C wasn't effective for my compromised immune system because it wasn't absorbable. Why was I able, 11 months later, to recuperate from my annual bronchitis in 2 weeks, instead of several months? I can't prove it, but it has to be this particular vitamin C.

The biggest problem with vitamin c is that body can't absorb a lot at once, it spikes serum vitamin c levels and you're mostly flushing it down the toilet. This product needs to be acted on by bile in the intestine and is absorbed much slower but steadier.
