These beautiful French wine glasses are lovely.

These are Chef & Sommelier wine glasses make with Kwarx Glass. I first saw these beautiful Glasses in France. The proprietor took the glass by the stem and smacked it onto the wooden countertop. Nothing happened (no I don't recommending this). He looked at me and said, "one day I will break one, but so far it's never happened". These wine glasses are often used by 5 star restaurants because of shape, size, visual appeal and durability. These glasses also come in 55 cl (18.5 oz) for Red Wine. One person who bought these said he saw them at a 5 star Restaurant in Dublin Ireland. After using them, he said he had to have them. I have both white and red wine Chef & Sommelier Glasses, and highly recommend them.

These arrived broken. I understand these things happen in shipping, but in order to get a refund or replacement I need to drive to UPS and ship back. I didn’t break them so think they should just be refunded/replaced if I provide a photo. That would be customer service. The glasses are very nice, what’s left of them.
