I have been struggling to find an exercise regimen to match my incredibly busy schedule, my chronically stressed-out lifestyle, and my physical conditions that make it harder to perform certain exercises. I get plenty of cardio from running around between meetings, and when I try to do HIIT or anything like mat pilates at home, I manage to quickly overwork myself, and then my adrenals are shot and I am even more stressed. But this exercise set is PERFECT. It allows me to incorporate strength training into my life to target the muscles that need the most attention from my sitting at the computer for many hours. The set is surprisingly good-quality. I was completely expecting to get some cheap plastic, but it's really sturdy and nice. It also comes with a nice big poster with images of a bunch of different exercises you can do, showing which groups of muscles those exercises would target. This is absolutely perfect for me. I hate having to follow a video tutorial because it isn't easy to tell if you're following the exercises correctly all the time. With a picture that shows which muscles are supposed to be targeted, it is easy to tell if you are doing it right because if you are, you will feel it in those muscles, and if you aren't, you won't. Also, I love that it has so many options and is so personalizable. I am recovering from a wrist injury, which makes exercises like push-ups and mountain climbers impossible. Yet, I've been wanting to rebuild muscle for a long time. This set allows me to do that without aggravating my injury. This is the first time in years that I don't have to get external motivation to exercise, and the first exercise ever that I am willingly and eagerly coming back to. I have had it for a couple of weeks, and I feel significant improvement in my muscle tone and strength, and my overall health.

The kit comes with everything you need, it’s easy to set up, and it doesn’t take up much space, which is perfect if you don’t have a full home gym. The resistance bands feel strong and durable, and the bar itself feels sturdy and well made. I like that you can adjust the resistance depending on the workout and your fitness level. It’s great for toning, stretching, and low-impact strength training — especially for days when you don’t feel like going to the gym. It’s also very convenient for travel or small spaces, and it stores away easily when you’re done. Overall, great quality for the price and a really nice way to stay consistent with workouts at home.

Love this! Easy to assemble. Comes with a lot. Comes with a warranty and product support. Also comes with a diagram of a lot of exercises to do and how to do them with the bar. Seems great quality so far. The bands are good quality, and definitely what they say they are resistance wise. You can easily take apart and store or travel with it. Will recommend to everyone i know.

I've purchased a few different bar and band kits like this recently and I'll tell you for free if you listen to me that this one right here is both the best and the cheapest (at time of my purchase). Fellas, heads up: buy the pink exercise equipment. It's cheaper most of the time and it's usually just as good. This one is actually better. I have extra bands on hand, but this kit comes with 150lbs. I'm not Superman and I mostly use this particular kit for squats and stretches, so 150lbs is completely adequate for me. The kit has all the accessories you'd expect to see for such things. The handles, stirrups, cuffs, door hook, etc.. Everything stitched strongly and ready to go to work for some time to come. I have another kit that is almost exactly like this one excepting the fact that it's very much dude coded. I mean that it's black and orange and looks pretty bro friendly. Thing is... lemme check my records... that kit cost $36 and actually had a few less accessories. Also, this kit has a better bag. Actually looks like it might possibly be useful. The bags with the other kits I put right in the whathefck pile under the kitchen sink with the weird coozy sleeve full of infinite plastic grocery bags. Those bags were not worth dealing with. They will probably still be exactly where I put them to and through the day I die. Useless, see? Anyway, good kit here. Useful. Versatile. Well appointed. Pink. Fellas, buy the pink stuff. :)

I love it, a complete home gym in a box for beginners. Easy instructions & very well made. Came all together packed very nicely. Very good quality. The price is great.

I have been looking for home workout equipment and this was perfect to elevate my routine. It has been easy to use and comes with a poster of workout examples which have been a great starting point for establishing a workout routine. It even comes with a drawstring bag for easy storage of the set. Great value for the cost.

Item arrived with instructions on assembly. The instruction stated "if there were any missing parts or any information needed contact manufacture". There is no contact information for the manufacture. There is not parts information for the unit, so if you need to obtain replacement pats you are SOL.
