As an electrician / domestic ventilation installer I frequently have to overcome the fact that idiot builders have installed 110mm soil pipe as a “duct” instead of 100mm ventilation ducting. This item converts it properly. Super tight fit. The 110mm side fits tightly around the outside of the 110mm pipe (the main part of the pipe not the female end) and the 100mm side fits internally on 100mm ducting or flexible ducting. It’s well made and not at all flimsy like others. A little pricey compared to buying from some wholesalers but you pay for the convenience and delivery. If you were to buy just the adapter with delivery from elsewhere it would be this much anyway and take longer to arrive. Will buy again

A very solid and well made product, giving a smooth transition from 150 to 100mm. The extra long tails make fitting any flexible ducting quite easy, as there is plenty of room for a cable tie. No problem in fitting the 150mm end onto a Neff hood as the inside diameter is just over 151mm - in fact I added a couple of screws to stop the adaptor being blown off when the fan is on full power. A bit expensive, otherwise it would have been the full 5 stars.

This did the job of connecting the insulated ducting onto the tile vent hose in the loft. Sturdy enough but by god it's WELL OVERPRICED for just a bit of plastic pipe!! Will buy again but it's not like I will be getting a few of these to keep on the van at this (over)price!!!

Utilisé pour raccorder une hotte Ikea en diamètre 150 mm sur une gaine déjà existante en diamètre 100 mm. Se monte parfaitement des deux côtés (serrage avec le collier Ikea d'un côté et emmanchement sur la gaine en alu de l'autre avec étanchéité au scotch alu). Cet adaptateur est préférable aux versions "étagées" avec plusieurs diamètres car elle est bien moins haute, ce qui fait perdre moins de place dans le caisson/meuble.

ce produit vas servir à l'évacuation de notre sèche linge ,ce dernier se trouvant dans une ancienne chambre aménagée en buanderie,et pour cela il me fallait une réduction de 110/100 qui n'est pas facile à trouver dans les magasins de bricolage.
