I’ve been using the Neutrogena toner for a while and it’s really useful in my routine. This toner is pretty good for the price. I was on a budget so decided to order this toner instead of my usual toner and so far so good as far as a substitute. It doesn’t leave my skin feeling different and it still gets the job done. I say 4/5 for sure. Best toner in my opinion. Not smelly, does the job, great price.

As one who always thought the most expensive products were best, I learned recently from my dermatologist that is not necessarily the case. I was having reactions to various products and my Dr. recommended Neutrogena toner. I have been using it for awhile without issue and it leaves my face feeling clean and refreshed without stripping the skin of moisture.

I love that this doesn’t burn your skin. I highly recommend it.

Not sure why such a simple ingredient causes such burn on my skin. Product were not seal. Had to stop using. Disappointed

Although I’m generally quite happy with the Neutrogena brand, this toner absolutely burned my face after the very first application. Unfortunately, I felt compelled to leave this review to help prevent others from experiencing the same reaction.
