So I ended up returning this as I didn’t need it after surgery like I thought I would ( I had breast augmentation). BUT i so would have kept it if i had a use for it! It was very nice. Very good thick material. The functionality of it was perfect. Extremely comfortable fabric and amazing for the price. So ima say buy it !

This is a great waist trainer I love it

I’m 5ft 2 and 215lbs. Most of my weight is in my stomach, thighs, and butt. I bought the 3XL bc I wasn’t sure how it would fit. Most trainers fit kind of small. This one is too big! The first time I tried it I was able to put it on at its smallest rung. While it does hold me in a bit and is comfortable, I’d like something a bit tighter. It also covers the lower half of my stomach(apron belly) which is normally an issue with most trainers. So for that I’d still give 4 stars. I’m going to size down to the 2XL and hope that one fits better. I’d still recommend buying!

Loved it I’ve had it for 3 years and it’s just now giving out. It’s durable and feels dry when you sweat AND YOU WILL SWEAT.

I read so many reviews on so many of these waist trainers that I accidentally ordered the wrong one. But I tried this one on and was amazed at how small it was.So before I return it I wanted to give a short review so others can have a better understanding of the fit.A lot of the reviews said this product runs large and to order your actual size. I am a size large so I ordered XL just to make sure since I have all my weight in my middle section. I am 5'9" and weigh around 185.The product came today and I tried it on...well, actually I couldn't even zip it up. If I were to get another one of this style I would have to get a 2XL. The length for me was perfect because I wanted something to come down lower on the lower ab area too. So if you are shorter than 5'9" you might have a hard time with this because it is long in the torso. Maybe they compensate for that in the smaller sizes.The hooks on the inside surprised me because the one I wanted to order didn't have hooks except for the very top which I liked. I didn't care for all the hooks and the tags they were on were sharp, so if I were to wear one for any length of time it would be hurting and probably cut into my skin. Hopefully you will not encounter such things and hopefully the one I was sent was the only one with that problem.The pink color was very bright and pretty, if you are into the colors.Hope this helps in some way.

I have returned this item and it’s still coming up as and it hasn’t been returned. I have the receipt from the UPS store and I’m trying to get in contact with someone that will help me and nobody will clarify the situation for me. They keep telling me to give it a couple days, but that was a month ago. What am I supposed to do now Because first one I ordered the sewing was so crap. It came undone while I was trying to put it on I put that in the bag order another one. It came the next day before I returned the first one same thing happened so I grabbed them. I put them in the bag I go to UPS They scan it take the bag and they put it in a bin right in front of me. I have the tickets in my hand right now the receipt that I returned these two waist trainers and still they have not credited my Amazon account. This was $64. The material as bad as the sewing its absolutely horrible. It is not strong or tough. None of that. It falls apart. Literally two of them fell apart and I am a size 4. Don’t recommend.

I’m glad I purchased this. I could have actually went one size down but it was hard to tell before I bought it. I does what it says. I like supporting my abs when doing ab work and this provides that support.
