I love these! I take them when I know I wont be able to get to sleep and they start working in about a half an hour. I have always had trouble falling asleep and these have worked wonders. My granddaughter takes them and so does my husband now since they have seen how well they work for me.

These have a good and unique taste. I can tell the days I do not take them. It gives me sustained energy energy throughout the day and keeps me calm. I would suggest brushing your teeth after you eat them because they tend to stick to your teeth.

These have a great taste and texture. They always leave me feeling calm and relaxed. They help very well for insomnia nights when you just can’t sleep. I like the ingredients, just beware that these contain lemon balm, which could affect those with thyroid issues. Other than that they are great!

I took recommended dose (2 gummies) the first time and it does seem to put me into R.E.M. sleep more than not using. However, after a few days it seemed to start making me more irritable than usual. I think my system is a little more sensitive so now I'm taking one gummy every other day and see how that goes.

Purchased as supplement for autism. Good taste, can’t speak to effectiveness for intended use as just started taking.
