As a parent, I’m always looking for ways to keep my kids’ immune systems strong, especially during cold and flu season. These elderberry chewables have been a game changer! I have been put on every kind of iron, even had to do iron infusions. My body couldn’t handle either. Not just the taste but I’d become sick every time. These are a life saver literally. They don’t make me sick, nauseous, I don’t feel dizzy. I can easily still use the restroom. The taste makes them that much better. They don’t have a nasty after taste and don’t leave you burping up that nasty iron taste. I can’t recommend these enough I was starting to feel a bit hopeless in finding some kind of iron supplement.

My teenage daughter takes these and likes the taste of them. She has been taking them for about a year now and has not had any GI problems with them. They were recommended to us due to some issues with iron in the family. They seem effective and easy to digest.

Not a favorite but the only other "good" iron supplement market for kids, in our opinion. There is one other brand that we had mostly been using because it didn't taste nasty...or have much of an aftertaste...and is gentle on the stomach but is also not the most affordable. This one, however, is a bit more of a better value and has a higher dosage strength. The taste isn't as good as the other one...and it has a very slight aftertaste of iron but it isn't anything like the terrible taste of the MANY other iron supplements that we've tried (and in many different forms, as well). The really nasty ones have the very bitter metallic/bloody iron taste. This one is a much better choice than the majority out there

I've tried another vegan iron gummy before and it was awful, so I tried this chewable thinking it might be better, and it is! Tastes almost like candy, no iron aftertaste. I use this as an adult vegan who needs a lot of iron because my pill supplements are 25mg of iron but I need a bit more than that but not enough to take 2 pills at once. This is a great addition to my daily vitamins and I'm sure a lot of kids will love it too.
