So I took this supplement as directed, consistently and honestly didn't notice any benefits. There's no issues with consumption, they're easy to swallow, no offensive flavor, but based on the results, I can't say they're worth the price. Maybe I was expecting too much or just didn't have issues that this supplement could address to make it noticeable.
