I absolutely love this lavender body wrap! It’s beautifully scented and holds heat really well — perfect for unwinding after a long day or easing tense muscles. The size is ideal to cover shoulders, neck, or lower back, and it warms up quickly in the microwave without getting too hot. The lavender smell is relaxing but not overpowering, and the fabric feels soft against the skin. This has genuinely become one of my favourite comfort items at home. Highly recommend!

I went to the doctor after several weeks of pain in my neck, shoulder and left arm due to a trapped nerve, and they recommended a microwaveable heat pad, so off I tootled to Amazon to duly get one! After the usual task of whittling down the huge range of product options based on star ratings and customer reviews, I went for this item in the lilac colour, to match the lavender scent (which I like). I popped it in the microwave for 2 mins with an egg cup of water - being careful for it not to touch the sides (I have a very small microwave, so this was tricky) - and it came out lovely and hot, but not too hot, and smelling great! It was quite damp when I first put it on, but that soon wore off. I found putting it next to my skin rather than on top of clothing worked best, and didn't make my skin so itchy. It stayed hot for about an hour, and it was very comfy and soft to wear, and had a nice weight to it. For under £10 I think it's good value for money. I know others had problems with the bag catching fire, so I really hope this doesn't happen - just ensure you put a little cup of water in the microwave when heating it up and I'm sure it should be fine. I can see me using this in the winter just to keep warm whilst WFH as it's nice and cosy - save money on central heating!

Very nice quality product great for neck and shoulders

This microwavable wheat bag is wonderful for relaxing sore muscles; it heats quickly and retains warmth for a good while. The lavender scent is calming and adds to the comfort. The only small downside is that it’s a bit bulky for small areas, but overall it’s very effective and soothing. Great for self-care or stress relief.

Ideal heat pad great for my shoulder pain super price and quality

Despite warming in the microwave for 2mins as suggested, the heat doesn't sustain for much longer than 1 hour. Helps relieve aches in the area it's applied, and I like the scent too, it's not too overpowering. Could be that I've got a wide neck so found I had to either lay back, or tuck inside of my clothing to keep it in place.

Smells lovely, material is nice and soft. Could be filled a tad more to ensure full coverage of the area needed instead of going to one side. Heated for 2 minutes stays warm for around 15/20 mins which isn’t very long.
