No it doesn’t. It doesn’t dry out your hands immediately like any other sanitizers but use it often enough in a day and it will.

Does the gel taste bad if you eat food directly after with your hands?

If you lick your fingers after applying this it tastes awful but I haven't noticed it on my food

what size are the bottles?

I just bought to use for festivals without checking the size first. They are 100ml so a little to big to have in my pocket. Recommend going a size down to 60ml.
