Update: the instructions were really vague, made it look like the seal was a separate piece when it was attached to the mechanism the whole time. Turned out to be a very cute costume and a lot of fun on Halloween. Cute costume,but it didn't come with the ring seal to hold the blower in place in the hole. Very disappointed, couple hrs till Halloween and my girl has no costume.
