Ok, so I don't like buying clothing over the internet because I frequently have to return it! So I took a punt here partly because of the price of the item and the fact that I couldn't find it in a shop near me. Build quality. This is good. Doent feel like it will fall apart. Sticking solid as is zipper and body protection. Design and fit. Pay attention to the advice on the website with regard to measurements or you will be making that trip to UPS! I measured 44" relaxed, 45 expanded across the nipple line and 36" waist though i can get in to a 34 at a stretch !. So I ordered a XL. But an XXL may also have worked. 1m 5.9 and a half (half an inch can make all the difference sometimes!!) and 200lbs. It is snug over a black t shirt and my riding position on a vstrom 1000 is upright. I think if I were on a sports bike I might want it a little longer in the body length. But that's just a sizing issue as the sleave length is perfect. The mesh material will keep you cool but won't provide much protection from abrasion on its own.. but then it's not suposed too. This gear is quite stylish, it even makes my 200lbs .... less bulky maybe 🤔 and my wife would look great in it if I could only get her on the bike. Can't have everything. Turnaround from initial order over amazon was fast. Really impressive guys! So yes I like it. It fits a need here in SoCal in the summer months, and I will even use it under some of my other jackets in the winter for the added layer if protection the armour gives. Like everything, its personal choice but It suits me so I would recomend it. Safe riding... Andy gb

I like the look of this jacket. It makes you feel like you would be protected if things go wrong while riding. My main complaint is the sizing. It has a unisex fit which means the sleeves and armpits are better suited for a thin guys or women. (It fits my wife's arms and shoulders much better than mine.) The tight armpits made it somewhat uncomfortable with extended use. I used it throughout a two day motorcycle course, and it starting chafing my underarms after about 30 minutes. I really wanted to like it because it look nice, has the armored padding, and is nice and cool on summer rides. However, the discomfort from the tight arms and pits make it unusable for me. If you are a skinny rider or have small arms, it would be a good buy to have protection while on the road. But if you are an average guy or muscular, this one is a no go.

I spent a lot of time online trying to decide what kind of riding pants and jacket I wanted for riding my 1975 Honda XL250 enduro project bike (see my separate review for Wicked Stock motorcycle riding jeans). Not planning on any interstate riding, just local riding and trails and mainly in summer weather. I decided an armored lightweight shirt would be the best option for practicality, style, and protection. There is a whole range of jacket and shirt options out there. I didn’t want to spend a lot and I wanted to have elbow and shoulder protection. I came across this Wicked Stock armored shirt on Amazon and thought it would be the best alignment of my goals and budget. I just received it today and couldn’t be more pleased. I got the same size I wear in t-shirts (XL for me at 6’1” and 205 lbs) and it fits great. I read the reviews and sizing info and elected to go with a somewhat snug fit instead of a loose jacket type fit. This will also allow me to wear a shirt or jacket over it as needed. I got the black version. The only reservation I had about it, was the fact that you can see the back pad armor through the mesh. I will likely wear a shirt over the top for a more casual appearance and to hide the armor appearance. I highly recommend these if you have a similar riding style and budget.

Really nice stuff at a good price. A good solution to keep cool in hot weather. Would have given it 5 stars but the fabric retains odor more than some other fabrics. But still worth it. Just wash more oftemn.
