Medium rather than mild!
Great price and good quality (not overloaded with salt) but I would certainly not call this curry powder "mild" - medium would be more appropriate.

Best curry!
The very best curry flavour! It does not have to be hot! There is NO other Asian curry! Superb! A heaped tablespoon in a stew - is gorgeous! - along with two OXO's - and, or beef gravy granules to taste! And a tin of beans! . Plenty of onions, and tomato purree, and a little garlic! Adjust to your taste! Beware, this is almost addictive!

I have Rajah hot and also mild Madras, what a great product, fantastic flavour as long as you long cook the onions and garlic first

Very Good
I'm happy with my purchase. However, I ordered with a bag of Garam Masala from the same seller and they both arrived in the same package. That was fine although I could smell the aroma of them even before I opened the package so I knew that at least one of the packets must have split. Other than that though I was happy with them and with the price.

Smooth spice used in most of my curries
I’ve been following Al’s Kitchen on YouTube and this is one of his most used spices. I thought it would take a while to use this big bag, but with a curry every Saturday evening, it’s disappearing fast!

Je recommande vivement. J'ai connu ce curry chez des amis de l'Ile Maurice. Un délicieux parfum relevé juste comme il faut. Je m'en sers pour mes plats indiens, mais aussi pour certains plats du Maghreb.

This is the only curry that I use for all my cooking and it seems to be very scarce and I hope that you will get some more soon...even the stores don’t have it
