Awesome rust resistance with the non-stick ease of cleaning. The ease of use is great and the quality is excellent on those. I would highly recommend these for anyone looking to cook 12 muffins at a time.

I bought this in the quest to make affordable knock-off versions of Entenmann's little bites blueberry muffins I have found the perfect way.. this pan coupled with the $1.09 blueberry muffin mix at Walmart, with the addition of extra frozen blueberries (chopped into thirds) in the mix. It's best to mix up the batter and then add the blueberries afterwards, with just a few stirs to incorporate them so they don't fall apart or get smushed This pan makes absolutely perfect size mini muffins. The pan still needed to be scrubbed by hand afterwards though even using copious amounts of Crisco and spray on Pam. Food would collect in the corners and I had to take time to wash each little opening. I would complain in my husband each time that I wish they make mini cupcake liners. Lo and behold.. My wish came true! Well at Walmart Walmart just as I was saying to my husband for the 10th time I wish they had many cupcake liners, well in the baking aisle of my eyes fell upon.. Mini cupcake papers!! For cleaning now I only have to wipe up the occasional splatter or drip, I will no longer have to scrub each opening and I'm so happy and will probably make more muffins now because of this For people who don't want to use papers, I think the silicone muffin pans would be easier to clean as you can pop them inside out. Not to mention they could easily be crumpled up for storage. However they spill easily and are flimsy If you don't mind the cleanup or plan to use cupcake liners, this is definitely an amazing bargain to make perfect muffins. I highly recommend this pan, it would have cost me $30 at my local overpriced grocery store! I was able to get everything I needed and have money left over to make these little bites dupes with the money I normally would have spent on three boxes of Entenmann's blueberry muffins ( used to be three for $8 and now is 3 for $12!! at ShopRite). Unless you are rich, save your money and make your own. Your children will thank you! I often put food coloring in them to make it more fun for my son, and sometimes will stick a few whole blueberries in the center of each one so it's like a fruit stuffed muffin PS:Another easy and cheap recipe to cook in this pan is Betty Crocker banana muffin mix. I like adding extra chopped walnuts, a tiny bit of extra sugar, and sprinkling finally chopped walnuts and a little bit of sugar on the top of each muffin right before it goes in the oven.. so they essentially turn into a caramelized walnut topping. They are absolutely delicious toasted with butter for breakfast, and are by far my favorite.
