Industrial Machine seems sturdy
This machine will be used in a business setting so durability is important. I gave it 4 stars only because we JUST got it and haven't had much time to work with it. The machine is HEAVY! The machine alone weighs 70lbs. For me, that is a good sign that it isn't a bunch if plastic gears that will burn out quickly. The Servo motor was a plus as well. The table is really nice and seems to be durable and good quality. I love that the height is adjustable. Be warned, this machine will straight stitch 3600 stm. If you aren't experienced this machine is not for you. The one major con as of now is the lack of assembly instructions. They are basically useless. We found a good YouTube video on putting it together and that helped a LOT. My husband did the assembly and he is VERY mechanically inclined. It still took him the bigger part of the day to do the assembly. Make sure you have someone who can put this together!!! The shipper was wonderful. Our table was accidentally delivered to a different address and they responded immediately to our inquiry and helped get an investigation started with UPS. We plan to purchase a second machine in a couple weeks.

Basically no instructions.
So far a great sewing machine, had it about a week. I'mechanically inclined but used the help of a YouTube video to help me get the table together( no instructions at all). Installing the machine into the table is pretty easy but the instructions are next to nonexistent with the diagrams looking like pencil drawings re-copied a thousand times. There are probably videos for this also but figured it out myself. Again, a good machine but you need to be mechanically inclined to put it together.
