Decent, cheap way of frosting a window.
This was purchased mainly to cover a large hallway window which faces the road. It was one of the few available which was large enough. I found it easy to use and looks decent once up. Must haves are a very sharp Stanley knife or scalpel type knife to trim any excess, a rubber window squeegee and a spray bottle with dish soap and water. Once the technique is sorted and the bubbles have been squeegee'd out it looks great. I had enough left over to do a livingroom window too, which I think looks great.

Amazing one way screen!
Brought this cause I’m sick of my neighbours peering in through my front door so decided to invest in this screen. Next doors kids would always wave and peer through my door which is creepy and disturbing. With this screen you can see the shadow outline of who’s at the door, but nobody can peer in which I enjoy. I’ve attached photos of what the screen looks like from inside and outside and it looks so pretty! Initially I had gotten an adhesive thick roll up blind for my front door, however it was more costly and blocked out the sunlight making it a bit depressing and dark, plus my kitten Lola loves sunbathing by the front door. Will be returning this as this privacy screen is everything I needed and more! It is difficult to cut with a blade, so I just mapped it with the box cutting blade I have then cut it with scissors. The backing is a little difficult to remove, however it didn’t take too long. I used a trigger spray bottle to dampen the window, the more water you use, the better the adhesion. There is no sticky feel when the backing is removed, it’s just a smooth gel which clings to the damp window. You can use a squeegee to squeeze out the extra water bubbles, but I just smooth it out occasionally with my hands and let the sunlight dry the air bubbles and lock the screen into place! This was also really cheap too around £6 and you get quite a bit on the roll, this is great to add a bit of decor and privacy to your windows! No more snotty kids or annoying neighbours peering through my door asking for their ball back! Bliss!

Doesn't stop the dog
I bought this product as I was advised by a dog trainer that it stops dogs reacting to whatever is going on outside, unfortunately it doesn't stop her but maybe helps to keep the barking down! In every other way it is marvellous, people can't see in ,nice pattern, easy to apply and fine with the light.

Privacy screen
The privacy screen is very effective for privacy especially with teenage grandson. Easy to put up, getting the air bubbles out can be a bit of a pain 😆

Excellent window film
Ive bought similar window film before so i knew how to fit it & i already had the scraper tool which is a very important tool in order to help stick the film to the window. I would advise if anyone is wanting to purchase this film to measure your window properly & have at least 2 inches bigger than yo actually need . Also when you are attaching it to your window not to cut it to size but have it with a minimum of an inch overhang on 2 sides . You can use the uncut sides (top , & side) to easier fit the film . You also need a spray bottle of water a Stanley knife & i use a metal ruler . Also don't peel the backing film off until the last minute . Spray the window liberally with water & use the corner of your window as a guide using the 2 uncut sides of the film first (top & side) gradually peel the backing film off & you can slightly slide the film in place . This is why you use the 2 uncut sides as your guide . Doing it this way sounds like a faff but it really is easier . Don't worry about any bubbles they can be squidged out later . Keep peeling the backing off whilst attaching the film to the window . You should be left with 2 sides with a slight overhang . I push my metal ruler to the uncut sides & use the stanley knife to trim the edges off . Squidge the bubbles out from under the window film . If you need you can slightly peel the film from the edges & squirt more water . Keep squidging the bubbles to adhere the film to the window . The film is a nice thickness & looks amazing when its fitted to the window . Very good for privacy & still lets light in . Just do your prep & have your tools & it should be easy . If you can hang wallpaper you should have no problem filling this film to your window . I hope this review helps :)

Good in the winter months
lessened the brightness coming through, but as soon as clocks went forward I would get woken up soon after sunrise with the light coming through the window

Easy to use and looks good.
Really easy to use product. Reasonable price. Does exactly as described. We used it to add extra opacity to the windows in our pvc front door and this worked perfectly. Simple instructions and all you need is a clean window, a ruler and a pair of scissors to cut to size, a bit of water and a squeegee to squeeze out the air bubbles - I used a car ice scraper with a hard rubber blade and this was perfect. Very much recommend.

Installation a Breeze and It Looks Great
I need new double glazing, well at least the glass, as after about 20+ years it has started to cloud inside - the seals obviously gone. Also, the blind I had up also decided to fall off! I decided to try this privacy film as it was reasonably priced. My wife and i put it up with easy, remember plenty of water. I also purchased a small squeezy for a couple of quid which also helped. Put the large piece up in one, simples. Then had to do the smaller top window with a slight joint. I asked my wife if she had removed the backing, Yes she told me. The 2nd piece just wouldn't stick, and after asking again and her checking - she hadn't removed the backing - problem solved! Backing off, attached with each. Cant see the small joint either. We have decided to leave the blind down for now as the film provides the privacy we need. Have attached pictures from inside and outside to try and show the effect. Will update the review in a few weeks once it has, hopefully, stayed attached to the kitchen window. See how it performs in a hot steamy kitchen. If it works OK thinking of putting some more on the living room and bedroom windows which face out towards the road.

Exactly what I needed. The window above my patio door is too small for blinds, and the neighbor’s condo across from me has a window that can see straight through. This works great for privacy.

After it dries, it forms a lot of air bubbles or just peels off. I contacted the seller and all they did was ask if I did it correctly as if I’m incapable of reading instructions. Absolute garbage.

Easy to install price can’t be beat and I’m using it at a business storefront window looks like professional installed it.
