I’ve tried a bunch of vitamin D supplements over the years, and these gummies have been the easiest for me to stick with. The flavor is actually really good, not overly sweet, and they don’t get stuck in my teeth like some other gummy vitamins do. They’re soft, easy to chew, and I haven’t noticed any side effects at all. I also like that the serving gives me the amount of D3 I need without having to take multiple pills. After using these consistently, my vitamin D levels have finally stabilized, which has been a big deal for me. Everyone’s different, but these have worked well in my routine and I plan on keeping them in my daily lineup.
