Super cute, the tutu is really good quality, very fluffy, there are some costumes, where it is meant for a very, very small adult, or a child, this actually fits an adult. Super cute!

Bought this for myself to match with my baby zebra this Halloween. It actually does fit me… I would say the size is about an XS or XXS for women. & of course.. would be a perfect fit for a child. The skirt is easy to stretch.
